Here are some tips for using balance pads and be sure to check out our instructions for use here before you start training.

The delivery time begins one working day (Mon-Fri) after receipt of payment and is usually 24-72 hours in Germany. In exceptional cases or other countries, there may be longer delivery times.

We ship completely climate-neutrally and, except individual cases, with DHL.

We offer various payment options such as credit card (VISA, Mastercard), direct debit (e.g. Maestro card, SOFORT transfer), Paypal, ApplePay

If you have any problems with payment, please contact us.

If the balance pads are unused and undamaged, you can of course return them within 14 days after the delivery date. You can find all information about returns and cancellations here.

To save paper and ensure that you always receive the invoice, the invoice will be sent to you by email. If you haven't received it, please take a quick look at your spam folder before contacting us.

The exchange of experiences with horse physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, etc. is of central importance to us! We already cooperate in various ways with many experienced horse experts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and are constantly expanding our network, also internationally.
